Sponsored Listings Terms and Refund Policy

A sponsored listing is a paid placement of your product in RankBid’s labelled Sponsored section. A payment buys a chance to appear in the Sponsored section at the position that amount can take when the payment is confirmed.

• It is advertising. It is always marked “Sponsored” and shown separately from the vote leaderboard.
• It does not add votes, change your vote total, or change your position on the vote leaderboard, category pages or Today board.
• It does not guarantee traffic, users or sales.

You must be at least 18 and own or be authorised to promote the listed product. Sponsored listings are sold to businesses and makers acting for their business only; at checkout you confirm you are buying for business purposes.

• You choose the amount, from US$1 up to a total of US$100,000 per listing, in whole US dollars. The total is shown before you pay.
• Sponsored listings are ordered by amount paid, highest first. On equal amounts, the one paid first ranks higher.
• The top 10 show first on the homepage, the rest are on its next pages, and all appear on the Sponsored page.
• Your position can go down when someone pays more, and up when listings above you end. A change in position, including leaving the homepage top 10, is not a reason for a refund.

• One payment with no fixed end date. It stays live while the product’s listing stays on RankBid. It goes live when Stripe confirms the payment.
• It ends early if:
  • your listing is removed by us, either for breaking our Terms or at your request by email (you cannot remove a sponsored listing yourself);
  • every payment for it is refunded in full;
  • the payment is disputed (charged back).
• A refund reduces the listing’s total by the refunded amount, and its position is recalculated.
• Paying again for the same product adds the new payment to its current amount. Neither payment is refundable once the listing is live, except as section 6 says.

The amount you paid, the founder name and the founder social links you enter are shown publicly, on the site and in its public listings data. The founder email and phone number are never shown. The Privacy Policy has the details.

• Before your spot goes live (for example if the payment is pending or fails): nothing is charged, or any charge is refunded in full.
• After your spot is live: payments are final and not refundable, except:
  • where the law requires a refund;
  • for a duplicate or mistaken charge, or a technical fault on our side that stopped the spot going live;
  • where we end the service ourselves for a reason that is not your fault.
• Removed for breaking our Terms: no refund, except where the law requires.
• How to ask for a refund: email support@rankbid.click with your payment reference (shown on your receipt and success page) within 30 days of payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Chargebacks: please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A disputed payment ends the sponsored listing permanently, and it is not restored automatically if the dispute is resolved in your favour.

• Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
• You are responsible for any taxes in your jurisdiction.

Sponsored listings follow the same content rules as every listing. We may refuse or remove a sponsored listing that breaks our Terms or Rules, or is misleading or illegal.
